Q: Do you have...?
A: We have over 66,000 square feet of inventory. Just because you don’t see what you’re looking for listed on our website doesn’t mean we don’t have it. Please contact us for information regarding specific items.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, we offer delivery and pick-up.
Q: Can you make…?
A: Yes, we have in-house production capabilities for custom items. Building items in house allows us to control pricing, quality and every aspect of the actual production, there by assuring that the product you receive is the one that you envisioned.
Q: Can you provide labor for my event?
A: Yes, we can provide any level of service that you wish. We can coordinate your event, take care of “Day of…”, set up props, tables, place linens, etc.
Q: What is the benefit of having EVENTS, LLC coordinate my event?
A: All other vendors that you work with to produce your event focus on their own needs.EVENTS, LLC views things differently; we may be your only team member that has the whole scope of the project in mind. We recognize that our portion of the event may be small, that the event is bigger than us and we do all that we can to make ensure that the event come off with out a hitch.
Q: What else can you do?
A: Just ask! We can take care of your event’s every need and provide you with peace of mind that your event will be remarkable and trouble-free from start to finish.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: No, we work within any size budget.
Q: Does it cost anything to come in and talk to you?
A: No, your initial consultation is complementary.
Q: What size dance floor do I need?
A: The easiest formula to calculate what size dance floor you need it to allow 5 sq. ft. for one half the total number of guests.
Q: What if something gets broken or lost during its rental period?
A: The customer is responsible for repairs or replacement of the lost or broken item(s).
Q: What if I don’t use all of the items I rent?
A: All items that leave EVENTS, LLC whether by delivery or customer pick-up are considered rented. No credit or refund is given for unused rental items.
Q: Are there any additional fees for linens that are returned with wax or burn holes?
A: Yes. A wax removal fee is charged for all linens that are returned with wax. In extreme cases where the wax can not be successfully removed the customer will be responsible for paying a replacement fee for the damaged linen. Replacement fees will also be charged for all linens returned with burn holes or tears.
Q: How far in advance should I reserve my items?
A: We suggest that you reserve your items as soon as you know what you need. We do not reserve items until we have a signature and deposit or payment depending on how far out you are placing your order. |
